Principal Duties and Responsibilities

  • Presents information to the guest on the benefits of vacation ownership with Capital Vacations, LLC.
  • Completes property tours of the condos and discusses guest needs.
  • Builds the dream of vacation for guests.
  • Maps out the benefits Capital Vacations' travel program has to offer.
  • Calls Manager to present financial options for potential ownership with Capital Vacations, LLC.
  • All other duties as assigned.

Education, Essential Training / Certifications, and Experience

  • A high school diploma or GED
  • A Real Estate License or willingness to obtain one
  • Maintain a 10% closing rate, measured by monthly sales reports

  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • A flexible schedule
