Principal Duties and Responsibilities
- Presents information to the guest on the benefits of vacation ownership with Capital Vacations, LLC.
- Completes property tours of the condos and discusses guest needs.
- Builds the dream of vacation for guests.
- Maps out the benefits Capital Vacations' travel program has to offer.
- Calls Manager to present financial options for potential ownership with Capital Vacations, LLC.
- All other duties as assigned.

- A Real Estate License or willingness to obtain one
- Maintain a 10% closing rate, measured by monthly sales reports
