About the Role

Food Link is a community organization based in Arlington that rescues surplus fresh food from various sources and distributes it to community organizations in Greater Boston serving people in need.

Responsibilities

• Collect, sort, and distribute food to community partners
• Reduce food waste in the community
• Help provide food to those in need

Requirements

• Flexible schedule to accommodate shifts between 8am and 3:30pm on weekdays
• Ability to drive a personal vehicle for food pickups and deliveries

Qualifications

• Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks as needed
• Strong organizational skills
• Positive attitude and willingness to help others

Skills

• Basic computer skills
