Volunteer: SEO Roadmap for Child & Pregnancy Loss Grief Support Nonprofit
About the role
This is a volunteer opportunity provided by Taproot Foundation, a nonprofit creating social change through pro bono connections. My goal for this Taproot Project is to create a sustainable SEO roadmap that helps families and clinicians find our trauma-informed resources more easily.
Responsibilities
- Conduct a Technical SEO Audit of www.JuniesPlace.org to ensure it is user-friendly and accessible.
- Develop a Keyword Strategy focused on specific search intents like "SUDC support," "infant loss resources," and "grief literacy."
- Create a Content Roadmap that helps us leverage our existing work on the "problem with platitudes" to reach a national audience.
- Ad Grant Optimization: We currently have the $10,000/month Google Ad Grant and need help aligning our ad keywords with our organic SEO goals to maximize this incredible resource.
- (Optional) Provide high-level guidance on optimizing our Google Ad Grant to drive targeted traffic to our clinical services and workshops.
Requirements
We are looking for a volunteer with technical SEO skills and experience in developing keyword strategies. Familiarity with Google Analytics and Google Search Console is preferred.
