Description
St. Joseph’s Helpers has expanded its reach, now including a chapter in Central Kentucky, and is seeking Volunteer Regional Directors to launch and lead new chapters in communities across the country. These roles involve organizing local volunteers, building partnerships, and bringing the organization's mission to life.
Responsibilities
- Lead the development and implementation of strategies to expand the organization's impact in new communities.
- Organize and manage local volunteer efforts to support the mission of St. Joseph’s Helpers.
- Build and maintain relationships with community partners to enhance the organization's reach and effectiveness.
- Ensure the successful launch and growth of new chapters, aiming to establish four additional metropolitan chapters by the end of the year.
Requirements
- Strong leadership skills and a passion for community service.
- Experience in managing volunteers and building partnerships.
- Ability to inspire and motivate local volunteers and community partners.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Qualifications
- A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
- Previous experience in nonprofit management or related field.
- Commitment to St. Joseph’s Helpers’ mission and values.
