About the role
The Volunteer Program Manager will support the oversight, coordination, and growth of the LoopHome program. This role is ideal for someone with experience or interest in criminal justice reform, reentry services, compliance-driven programs, or nonprofit program management.
Responsibilities
- Support day-to-day coordination of the LoopHome program
- Aid in onboarding and tracking participants enrolled in GPS monitoring
- Coordinate with internal staff, contractors, and external partners as needed
- Help develop and refine program workflows, policies, and documentation
- Support compliance-related processes and reporting requirements
- Track program metrics and outcomes (enrollment, compliance, incidents, exits)
- Aid in program expansion planning and operational readiness
Qualifications
- Background or strong interest in criminal justice, reentry services, probation/parole support, or DUI-related programs
- Experience in program coordination, case management, or nonprofit operations
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information responsibly
- Comfortable working within structured, compliance-oriented environments
- Reliable, detail-oriented, and mission-driven
