REVEL is a nonprofit organization where teens and young adults on the autism spectrum and their peers come to connect, socialize, expand interests, hobbies and friendships while encouraging each other to become meaningful and active members in their community. REVEL pairs teens and young adults on the autism spectrum with their typical peers to build friendships and support and encourage each other through a positive mentor relationship. Our purpose is to fight potential isolation, depression, unemployment and risk factors related to quality of life. We do this through developing meaningful relationships, independent living skills, employment, exploration and engagement in a range of leisure activities, recreational outings and exposure to various hobbies. Social and communication skills are fostered and facilitated throughout all activities and interactions. Members’ interests, strengths, and abilities drive choice of activities, friendships, work skills and classes. We train peers and mentors to guide and welcome members into a place they can call their own. , About REVEL In Life REVEL in Life is a Denver-based nonprofit supporting adults with autism and intellectual and developmental disabilities through three core programs Gear Up, Employment, and Supports/Lounge. Our office team keeps daily operations running smoothly so our program staff can focus on delivering great experiences to the people we serve. Position Summary The Office Coordination Volunteer supports REVEL's front office and administrative operations, helping create a welcoming, organized, and efficient environment for staff, participants, families, and visitors. This role is a great fit for someone who is detail-oriented, personable, and comfortable juggling a variety of day-to-day tasks. Key Responsibilities Greet and welcome visitors, participants, and families arriving at the officeAnswer and direct incoming phone calls and general email inquiriesAssist with filing, data entry, and maintaining organized digital and paper recordsPrepare and organize materials for meetings, trainings, and eventsSupport mail processing, including sorting incoming mail and preparing outgoing mail/packagesHelp maintain office supply inventory and alert staff when items need to be restockedAssist with light administrative projects (e.g., mailings, copying, document formatting)Support scheduling and calendar coordination as neededHelp keep common areas and the front office tidy and presentableOther administrative tasks as assigned by the Office Manager Qualifications Friendly, patient, and respectful demeanor, especially when interacting with individuals with IDDStrong organizational skills and attention to detailComfortable with basic computer tasks (email, Microsoft Office/Google Workspace)Reliable and punctual; able to commit to a consistent weekly schedulePrior office, administrative, or customer service experience is a plus but not requiredMust complete REVEL's volunteer onboarding, including a background check
