Volunteer: HighLevel CRM Migration and Email Automation Setup

About the Role

Migrate donor and customer records from ActiveCampaign, Betterworld, and other platforms into Content Creator Machine (a white-label version of HighLevel). Create and assign tags, build requested email automations, develop a reactivation campaign for lapsed supporters, and assist with warming the new domain. Improved contact data, tagging, and automations will strengthen donor engagement and re-engagement, increasing the organization’s capacity to raise funds and sustain outreach.

This effort will help increase the number of donations and scholarships that empower survivors and at-risk individuals to achieve financial independence.

Responsibilities

• Migrate donor and customer records from multiple platforms into Content Creator Machine
• Create and assign tags to contacts
• Build requested email automations
• Develop a reactivation campaign for lapsed supporters
• Assist with warming the new domain
