Volunteer Recruitment Lead

• Time Commitment: 3–5 hours/month
• Responsibilities:
• Help create recruitment messaging
• Post volunteer opportunities online
• Reach out to community groups, colleges, churches, etc.
• Build partnerships for ongoing volunteer pipelines
• Ideal For: Outgoing networkers who enjoy connecting people to causes.

Volunteer Operations Coordinator

• Time Commitment: 3–6 hours/month
• Responsibilities:
• Maintain volunteer database in Google Drive & Point App
• Track sign-ups and attendance
• Assign volunteers to event roles
• Ensure volunteers receive event instructions
• Ideal For: Organized individuals who enjoy logistics and systems.

Event Volunteer Lead

• Time Commitment: Event-based (higher around 5K & major initiatives)
• Responsibilities:
• Serve as point person for volunteers on event day
• Check volunteers in
• Ensure roles are clear
• Problem-solve during events
• Ideal For: Calm leaders who enjoy being hands-on at events.
