About the role

Responsibilities

  • Create a compendium of precedent out-of-network 'Centers of Excellence' arrangements to serve as benchmarks.
  • Pilot a phased timeline with clear milestones.
  • Draft an insurer-facing proposal featuring cost-comparison framing.

Requirements

This role requires expertise in healthcare policy, payer relations, and proposal development. Experience in working with cleft and craniofacial care providers is preferred.
