Volunteer: Design a Research, Insights, and Co-Creation Strategy for Refugee & Migration Nonprofit
Program Design
We are seeking a strategic research and program design advisor to help us build the foundation for our Research and Analysis function.
Responsibilities
- Research examples of co-creation in refugee, migrant, or community based programs
- Identify what makes these models effective, ethical, and scalable
- Recommend how Creshendo can apply co-creation across our programs and internal operations
- Help clarify the structure of our Research and Analysis team
- Define the role of a future team lead or manager
- Recommend workflows for research, insights, editorial planning, and publishing
- Help us think through how research should inform program design, partnerships, and public thought leadership
Requirements
We are looking for someone who can bring both rigor and imagination. Someone who can see patterns, ask sharp questions, and help turn complexity into a usable system.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have experience in research and program design, a deep understanding of refugee and migrant issues, and a passion for using co-creation to improve programs and partnerships.
