About the Opportunity

APTW is moving quickly to launch a major year-end Virtual 5K fundraising campaign. Due to tight deadlines, the internal team is building the technology integration between the front-facing website (Wix) and the campaign/donation platform (Givebutter) using online resources. While the system will be functional for launch, the small team lacks advanced CRM data and IT engineering expertise to optimize the data schema for long-term use. This campaign, running through December 31, 2026, is critical for funding two major charity events in 2027 and capturing a large wave of new donors. An IT expert is needed to conduct a targeted, post-launch audit of the live integration to ensure clean data capture, prevent manual reconciliation, and enable advanced automation for donor retention.

Deliverables

• System Integration Review: A technical assessment of the live Wix and Givebutter connection, documenting configuration gaps, layout variances, or data sync vulnerabilities.
• Data Field Mapping Guide: A standardized mapping blueprint ensuring donor profiles and transactional fields align perfectly across both systems.
• Prioritized Automation Checklist: A step-by-step plan outlining recommendations for advanced automated communication sequences (e.g., automated thank-yous, milestone triggers, and year-end receipts) for future implementation.

What Success Looks Like

Success means having absolute confidence in the data infrastructure. Upon completion, the non-technical team will receive a clear, professional technical critique of the self-built setup and a concrete optimization blueprint. This ensures all Virtual 5K donor data is captured accurately through December 31, 2026, eliminates manual data entry errors, and formats records cleanly for inviting donors to the 2027 Celebrity Charity events.
