Volunteer: Corporate Partnership Strategy
About the Opportunity
This volunteer engagement will produce a corporate partnership strategy package for STEM to Stability. The package includes:
- Partnership readiness assessment
- Ideal corporate partner profile
- Prospecting and prioritization approach
- Partnership opportunity framework covering sponsorships, employee volunteering, technology and in-kind support, and mentorship
- Recommended partnership tiers/packages
The strategy will help STEM to Stability secure corporate funding, employee volunteers, technology, and mentorship to expand STEM education and career pathways for survivors, their children, and underserved youth. Strengthening corporate partnerships will directly support participants’ digital literacy, technical training, and long-term financial independence as the organization scales internationally.
Responsibilities
- Develop a partnership readiness assessment for STEM to Stability
- Create an ideal corporate partner profile
- Design a prospecting and prioritization approach for potential corporate partners
- Build a partnership opportunity framework (sponsorships, employee volunteering, technology/in-kind support, mentorship)
- Recommend partnership tiers/packages tailored to the organization’s needs
- Collaborate with the International Outreach Director and leadership team to refine priorities
About STEM to Stability
STEM to Stability empowers survivors of domestic violence, their children, and child-abuse victims by providing access to STEM education, digital literacy, technical training, and supportive resources needed to achieve long-term financial independence and success.
