Monitor Compliance with NGO Regulations

• Monitor compliance with NGO regulations in African countries where WOCOTM operates.
• Support the development and implementation of policies, procedures, and internal controls.
• Ensure grant and donor reporting aligns with both international and local compliance standards.
• Track legal and regulatory changes across African jurisdictions and advise leadership accordingly.
• Conduct compliance audits/reviews to identify risks and recommend corrective actions.
• Ensure proper filing and documentation for NGO registrations, annual returns, and statutory reports.
• Collaborate with HR, Finance, and Programs teams to ensure compliance in operations.
• Provide training and guidance on compliance best practices to staff and volunteers.
• Liaise with regulatory bodies, partners, and donors as needed.
