Volunteer Board Member
About the role
SafGScientific Adventures for Girls is a Bay Area 501(c)(3) founded in 2014 dedicated to changing the face of STEM by removing systemic barriers to girls' participation. We provide afterschool programs, camps, and family events for TK–6th grade children, focusing on girls and under-resourced youth, to build STEM identity, belonging, and confidence. To date, we have served over 14,000 children and families across the East Bay.
