About the role

We are seeking a dynamic individual to join our team. This position will contribute to our mission of providing hope and healing through evidence-based practices.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement evidence-based treatment programs
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care
• Educate clients and families on addiction recovery
• Contribute to research initiatives related to addiction treatment
• Provide clinical supervision to staff members

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or a related field
• Master's degree preferred
• At least 5 years of experience in addiction treatment or related field
• Licensed professional in the state where the position is located

• Strong clinical skills and knowledge of addiction treatment models
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience with data analysis and reporting
