About the role
We are seeking a dynamic individual to join our team. This position will contribute to our mission of providing hope and healing through evidence-based practices.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement evidence-based treatment programs
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care
- Educate clients and families on addiction recovery
- Contribute to research initiatives related to addiction treatment
- Provide clinical supervision to staff members
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or a related field
- Master's degree preferred
- At least 5 years of experience in addiction treatment or related field
- Licensed professional in the state where the position is located

- Strong clinical skills and knowledge of addiction treatment models
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience with data analysis and reporting
