Responsibilities
- Assist in coaching practices and games
- Support team building activities
- Maintain discipline and safety standards
- Communicate effectively with coaches and players
Requirements
- Current high school football coaching experience preferred
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Pass a background check
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Current CPR and First Aid certification
Skills
- Knowledge of football rules and strategies
- Ability to work evenings and weekends
