Volunteer AI Agent Developer — Help Build “Sportee,” an AI Assistant for Social Good

About the Role

LoveSetMatch is seeking volunteers excited about artificial intelligence, automation, agent development, and using technology for social good. We are developing Sportee, our nonprofit’s internal AI agent, designed to help our team operate more efficiently, support volunteers and coaches, organize information, assist with fundraising, and allow more time for direct community service.

What Sportee Will Help Us Do

• Research grants, foundations, sponsorships, and community resources to fund free and low-cost programs.
• Identify opportunities to make sports and educational programming more accessible to underserved families.
• Organize nonprofit knowledge so coaches, volunteers, staff, and future leaders can quickly find information.
• Support volunteer recruitment, onboarding, communication, and engagement.
• Assist with program planning, reporting, research, documentation, and administrative work.
• Track opportunities, important deadlines, partnerships, and community needs.
• Preserve institutional knowledge to strengthen and sustain the organization over time.
• Reduce repetitive administrative work so our team can focus on coaching, mentoring, and teaching.

About LoveSetMatch

LoveSetMatch is a nationally recognized 501(c)(3) nonprofit rooted in the belief that tennis is a pathway to opportunity, confidence, and community. Based in East Los Angeles and serving youth across L.A. County, we provide free and low-cost tennis programs, mentorship, life skills, and wellness education to children and families in underserved neighborhoods. Our programs emphasize inclusion, joy, and equity, ensuring every child has a safe place to play, grow, and belong.

We serve kids as young as 6 years old through teens and multi-generational families, offering STEM-based tennis instruction alongside mentorship and educational experiences. Our work is powered by coaches, volunteers, students, partners, and supporters who believe access to sports and education can change lives.
