About the role

The Educational Service Center of Central Ohio provides professional development, curriculum support, and other services to K-12 schools in central Ohio.

Responsibilities

• Support teachers and administrators in implementing effective educational practices
• Develop and deliver professional development workshops and training sessions
• Assist in the creation and implementation of district-wide initiatives
• Conduct needs assessments and provide data-driven recommendations

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in education or related field
• At least 3 years of experience in educational settings
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Qualifications

• Master's degree in education or related field preferred
• Experience with technology integration in education
• Knowledge of state and federal education policies

Skills

• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
