About the Role

Our 100% flat-rate system is designed to reward your efficiency and hustle—there is no base pay. A Master Tech at $45/hour flagging 60 hours a week can clear over $140,000 a year. We provide the tools, technology, and endless tickets; you bring the skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform work specified on the repair order with efficiency and in accordance with dealership standards.
• Test-drive vehicles and test components and systems using diagnostic tools and special service equipment.
• Diagnose, maintain, and repair vehicle automotive systems including engine, transmission, electrical, steering, suspension, brakes, and air conditioning.
• Communicate directly with the Service Advisor to inform customers of any additional service needs.
• Provide estimates of time needed for additional repairs.
• Execute warranty repairs to manufacturer specifications.

Requirements

• 2+ years of Service Technician experience preferred.
• B-level or higher qualifications, including Diagnostic, Electrical, and Engine Repair.
• Proficiency in mechanical and troubleshooting skills, including the ability to operate electronic diagnostic equipment.
• Dexterity, steady hand, and excellent hand-eye coordination.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Positive attitude and eagerness to improve.
• Ability to work in a dynamic environment and collaborate effectively with teammates.
• Willingness to learn new technology, repair procedures, and service specifications.
• Excellent customer service skills and basic computer competencies.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
