The Varsity Tutors Live Learning Platform connects thousands of students nationwide with online Voice tutors. As a tutor, you’ll enjoy flexibility in setting your own schedule, competitive pay rates, and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on students' learning journeys—all from home.

Responsibilities

• Provide personalized 1-on-1 online tutoring to individual students.
• Accept on-demand tutoring requests when available (Instant Tutoring).
• Personalize lessons and adapt to different learning styles.
• Explain concepts clearly and engage students effectively.

Requirements

• Strong communication skills and a friendly, engaging teaching style.
• Expertise in Voice and the ability to explain concepts clearly.
• Ability to personalize lessons and adapt to different learning styles.
• Priority given to candidates with tutoring experience, teaching experience, or graduate-level education.
