About the role

We are looking for professional or semi-professional voice talents with a passion for language and technology for an exciting project.

Requirements

• Female, "mature" (~35–55 years old), natural rather than polished/robotic — retaining natural pauses, disfluencies, and natural word emphasis.
• Conversational and likeable for customers (friendly, empathetic, patient); natural and approachable in a dialogue; intelligent, confident, engaged, and builds trust; welcoming and accommodating without being earnest, sycophantic or too eager to please.
• Ability to convey the desired personality traits (e.g., friendly, confident, helpful).
• Speech quality: easy to follow and clear; consistent, moderate pace with natural pauses.

Qualifications

• Must be native speaker of the target locale.
• Experience with voice acting, narration, podcasting, or streaming.
• Access to a home recording setup: recording software, microphone, headset/speakers, audio interface, professional digital audio workstation, software, plugins.
• Treated space, quiet environment, free from background noise, music, clicks, muffling, etc.
• Able to follow specific technical requirements when recording (volume level, file naming, format, gaps between segments, audio quality, etc.).
• Able to provide demo, sample recordings, voiceover samples.
• Comfortable with fast‑turnaround projects and able to meet tight delivery deadlines when engaged.
• Open to licensing your voice for AI voice cloning / TTS training.
