The user wants me to reformat a job posting into clean, well-structured semantic HTML. I need to follow specific rules: 1. Use

for section headings (About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule) 2. Use
  • for lists of duties/requirements/benefits, and

for prose 3. Do NOT repeat the job title as a heading (page already shows it) 4. Do NOT put Job ID / requisition numbers as headings — fold minor metadata into a short

or drop it 5. Preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail 6. Remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions 7. Include a section ONLY when the posting has real, specific content for it — never emit a heading followed by filler/placeholder text 8. Never create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless the posting actually states them 9. Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones 10. Output ONLY the HTML fragment — no /, no markdown code fences Let me analyze the job posting content: The posting has: - Company intro/about U.S. Bank (prose) - Job Description (prose about the role) - Key Responsibilities with multiple subsections: - Platform Strategy and Product Leadership - Contact Center Transformation - Platform Performance and Operational Readiness - Executive and Cross-Functional Leadership - People Leadership - Risk and Governance - Basic Qualifications (list) - Preferred Skills And Experience (list) - Leadership Attributes (list) - Location Requirements (prose) - Benefits (list) - Some boilerplate at the end (EEO, E-Verify, salary range mention but no specific numbers) I need to structure this into appropriate sections. The main sections should be: - About the role (combining company intro and job description) - Responsibilities (with subsections for each responsibility area) - Requirements (Basic Qualifications) - Preferred Skills (Preferred Skills And Experience) - Leadership Attributes - Location (Location Requirements) - Benefits (Benefits) I should not include Pay section since no specific salary range is given (just mentions "salary range reflects figures based on primary location" but no actual numbers). Schedule is mentioned in Location Requirements (3+ days per week in office). Let me create the HTML structure. I'll use

for main sections, and for responsibilities subsections, I could use

    or keep them as

with the main responsibilities as a section. The instructions say use

for section headings like "Responsibilities". For sub-sections within responsibilities, I could use

    or just use or

with bold. But the instruction says "use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule)". It doesn't mention sub-headings. I think I should use

for main sections only, and for sub-sections within responsibilities, I can use

or just bold text. However, to keep semantic structure, I'll use

for sub-sections. But the instruction says "Output ONLY the HTML fragment — no /, no markdown code fences." So I'll just output the HTML. Let me draft:
