Voice instructor needed in St. Petersburg, FL

About the role

Taylor Robinson Music is seeking private music instructors, particularly for Voice, in the St. Petersburg, FL area.

Responsibilities

• Teach voice lessons in students' homes, in your home, or via webcam.
• Set your own schedule and lesson plans.
• Communicate regularly with the office.
• Be organized and punctual for all lessons.

Requirements

• Great with kids and passionate about teaching.
• Must have either a degree in music, be enrolled in a music program, have professional performing experience, or have previous teaching experience.

Qualifications

• Flexible schedule.
• Ability to set your own curriculum/lesson plans.
• Experience with online teaching (webcam lessons make up a small percentage of our student base).
• Willingness to wear a mask, sanitize hands, and practice social distancing when necessary.

Benefits

• Paid on an independent contractor basis between $20-$30 per hour, depending on travel time, experience, and student retention rate.
• Light workload due to advertising, marketing, and SEO handled by the company.
