Voice instructor needed in Durham, NC

About the role

Taylor Robinson Music is seeking private music instructors, particularly for voice lessons, in the Durham, NC area.

Responsibilities

• Teach voice lessons in students' homes, in your own home/studio, or via webcam.
• Set your own schedule and lesson plans.
• Receive payment based on hourly rate ($20-$30 per hour), dependent on travel time, experience, and student retention rate.
• Manage your own curriculum and marketing efforts.
• Communicate regularly with the office and be punctual for all lessons.

Requirements

• Great with kids and passionate about teaching.
• Organized and reliable.
• Must have either a degree in music, be enrolled in a music program, have professional performing experience, or have previous teaching experience.

Qualifications

• Love teaching and keeping in good communication with the office.
• Willingness to wear a mask, sanitize hands, and practice social distancing when necessary.
