Voice instructor needed in Cumming, GA

About the role

Taylor Robinson Music is hiring private music instructors, especially for Voice. We do not have a brick-and-mortar studio location in the Cumming, GA area, but we have students needing teachers ASAP!

Responsibilities

• Teach voice lessons in students' homes, your own home, or your own studio/rehearsal space.
• Set your own schedule and lesson plans.
• Communicate regularly with the office.
• Be organized and punctual for all lessons.

Requirements

• Great with kids and love teaching.
• Must have either a degree in music, enrollment in a music program, professional performing experience, or previous teaching experience.

Qualifications

• Flexible scheduling to accommodate students in the Cumming, GA area or those who prefer in-person lessons.
• Ability to teach via webcam if preferred, though this is less common.
• Willingness to wear a mask, sanitize hands, and practice social distancing when necessary.

Skills

• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to organize and manage lesson plans independently.

Benefits

• Independent contractor pay between $20-$30 per hour, depending on travel time, experience, and student retention rate.
