Voice instructor needed in Belmont, NC

About the role

Taylor Robinson Music is hiring private music instructors, especially for Voice. We do not have a brick-and-mortar studio location in the Belmont, NC area, but we have students needing teachers ASAP!

Responsibilities

• Teach voice lessons in students' homes, your home, or via webcam.
• Set your own schedule and lesson plans.
• Communicate regularly with the office.
• Be organized and punctual for all lessons.

Requirements

• Great with kids and love teaching.
• Must have one of the following: a degree in music, enrollment in a music program, professional performing experience, or previous teaching experience.

Qualifications

• Flexible schedule.
• Ability to teach in-person or via webcam.
• Experience with online teaching tools if preferred.

Skills

• Excellent communication skills.
• Organizational skills.
• Ability to teach from home or travel to students.

Benefits

• Pay on an independent contractor basis between $20-$30 per hour, depending on travel time, experience, and student retention rate.
• No overhead costs, including advertising, marketing, and SEO.
• All billing handled by the company.
