Voice Actor – Speech Data Collection | $150/hr Remote

What You'll Be Doing

• Record high-quality voice samples across diverse script types including conversational, narrative, and instructional content.
• Deliver clear, expressive speech with precise control over tone, pacing, and pronunciation across multiple takes.
• Maintain consistency in voice, accent, and delivery throughout the duration of the project.
• Follow detailed recording guidelines covering environment setup, microphone configuration, and file formatting.
• Provide vocal variation in emotion, emphasis, and style as directed, with the understanding that recordings may be used for voice cloning in a CX agent system.

What We're Looking For

• Strong experience in voice acting, narration, dubbing, podcasting, or broadcast performance.
• Strong experience operating in a professional or near-professional home recording environment (quality microphone, pop filter, acoustically quiet space).
• Strong experience with intonation, diction, and emotional range across multiple vocal styles.
• Strong experience following scripts precisely while sustaining natural, human-sounding delivery.
• Strong experience recording for TTS datasets, audiobooks, IVR systems, or speech model training (preferred).
