We need to output HTML fragment with sections only when content present. Use

for headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We must not repeat job title as heading. We have salary: $18.50 per hour, status: full-time. So Pay and Schedule sections can be included if posting actually states them. Salary is given, so Pay section. Schedule: full-time status indicates schedule? It says STATUS: Full-time. That's schedule info. So we can include Schedule section with "Full-time". Benefits: not mentioned. So omit Benefits. About the role: we have description paragraph after job title: "The Arc Southern Chesapeake is currently hiring full-time Vocational Support Professionals. A Vocational Support Professional provides onsite instruction, support and encouragement to people with developmental or intellectual disabilities. Generally, the Vocational Support Professional works as a member of a team with the following objectives:" then bullet list of objectives. So we can put About the role with that prose and maybe the objectives as list? The objectives are bullet list. Could be part of About the role. Then Responsibilities: we have ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES with many subcategories. We'll output as
  • each bullet. Could group subheadings? Not required; just list items. Could keep subheadings as plain text inside li? Probably better to keep as li with the bullet text. We'll preserve all substantive info. Requirements: Education, Training & Self-Development etc. Also Job Knowledge, Skills and Abilities. Also physical demands and work environment maybe under Requirements? Could split: Requirements (education/experience), Qualifications (maybe job knowledge, skills, abilities), Skills (maybe computer proficiency). But we need to avoid thin sections. We'll decide: Use sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements (education/experience), Qualifications (job knowledge, skills, abilities), Pay, Schedule. We'll not include Benefits. Ensure no filler like "commensurate with experience". Not present. We must not include boilerplate like EEO, drug-free, etc. Remove those lines. We must preserve all substantive info; we need to include the bullet points under each category. Let's extract content. About the role: first paragraph after job title: "The Arc Southern Chesapeake is currently hiring full-time Vocational Support Professionals. A Vocational Support Professional provides onsite instruction, support and encouragement to people with developmental or intellectual disabilities. Generally, the Vocational Support Professional works as a member of a team with the following objectives:" Then bullet list: - Person-centered planning and individualized implementation of goals for individuals receiving supports from the team - Deals with crisis situations. - Assures that all duties required by the employment site of the person(s) receiving this support are met through either the person or the employee, as necessary. We'll include those as list. Responsibilities: all the ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES sections with subheadings. We'll just list each bullet item as
  • . Might be long but okay. We need to preserve subheadings? Could keep them as plain text inside li? Might lose structure but still info. Could embed subheading as inside li. Not required but could help. The instruction: use
    • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. So we can have subheadings not as list items but as plain text preceding lists? Might be considered not a list. Safer: treat each bullet as li, ignoring subheadings. But we lose the grouping. However we can include subheading as a

before the list. That's allowed: we can have prose

      then

        . The rule: use
        • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. So we can have a

for subheading then list. We'll do for each major category: Employment, Volunteer and Recreational Skills & Supports; Medication Administration; Community and Service Networking; Participant Empowerment; Communication; Facilitation of Services; Advocacy; Crisis Intervention; Documentation; Organization Participation; Education, Training & Self-Development; ADDITIONAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES. We'll keep the subheading as

          Category: ...

then list. Now Requirements: Education, Training & Self-Development (under EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE). Also maybe "Education, Training & Self-Development" is under Requirements? Actually it's under EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE. We'll treat that as Requirements. Content: •Graduation from accredited high school or GED. •2 years of competitive employment. •Demonstrated ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing. •Demonstrated knowledge about the formal and informal supports available in his or her community to assist people receiving supports to identify and access these supports. We'll list those. Qualifications: JOB KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES list. Also maybe physical demands and work environment could be under Qualifications? But they are under AMERICANS WITH DISABILITY SPECIFICATIONS (PHYSICAL DEMANDS) and WORK ENVIRONMENT. Could be considered Qualifications as well. We'll include them under Qualifications as separate subheadings. Skills: maybe computer proficiency etc. But we already have under JOB KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES includes computer proficiency. Could separate Skills section for computer proficiency. But to avoid thin sections, we can keep under Qualifications. Pay: $18.50 per hour. Schedule: Full-time. Now ensure we don't include boilerplate: remove EEO, drug-free, etc. Now produce HTML fragment. Let's craft. We'll start with maybe not needed; just headings and content. We'll output:
