About the role

Central Drugs Compounding Pharmacy is hiring a top-tier Vitamin Specialist. This is not a maintenance role — it’s a growth role. Your job is simple: increase physical foot traffic, educate customers at an elite level, drive supplement sales through education, and expand our wellness demographic.

Responsibilities

• Educate customers in-store through consultations, publications and events
• Lead seminars and wellness activations that bring people into the pharmacy
• Drive supplement sales through education-based selling
• Create social media and marketing content that converts into foot traffic
• Take full ownership of wellness department growth

Requirements

• Knowledge of nutrition, vitamins and supplements
• Confident, competitive, and self-motivated
• Proven ability to drive sales and customer engagement
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Creative and innovative

Schedule

Full-time, Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5:00 PM; occasional weekends as needed.

Pay

Competitive pay ($20–$26+ per hour).
