About the role

We are seeking a Vitamin Sales Clerk to join our team. This role focuses on assisting customers with vitamin and supplement selections, managing inventory, and providing excellent customer service in our retail pharmacy environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in selecting vitamins, supplements, and related health products.
• Provide product recommendations based on customer needs and preferences.
• Maintain and organize vitamin and supplement displays.
• Manage inventory, including stocking, restocking, and tracking product levels.
• Process customer transactions at the register efficiently and accurately.
• Answer customer inquiries regarding product usage, benefits, and availability.
• Collaborate with pharmacy staff to ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Stay informed about new products, promotions, and industry trends.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Basic knowledge of vitamins, supplements, or health products is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
• Friendly, approachable, and customer-focused demeanor.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds.
