Visual Merchandising Rep - COACH

Responsibilities and Duties

• Merchandise COACH handbags and footwear according to current visual directives.
• Create and commit to a monthly cadence of visits to high fashion department stores in your market, at least 1x per month, 1–5 hours each visit at each store (hours vary by location).
• Create meaningful relationships with store teams to help build brand loyalty and support.
• Submit store visit reports using ThirdChannel technology on your smart device; reports include gathered intel, photos, and written summaries.

Skills and Qualifications

• Previous merchandising experience—preferably in a luxury or high-end department store environment.
• A passion and appreciation for the craftsmanship of COACH.
• Ability to build and maintain close relationships.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Capability to problem solve and manage time autonomously.

Compensation and Perks

• 1099, supplemental income, independent contractor position.
• Compensation starting at $25/hour, plus travel compensation (rate based on market and relevant experience).

Job requirements include commitment to working assigned monthly visits to stores/hours, an immediate start date upon completion of a paid, 2-hour onboarding process, and a smart device with internet access (iOS 17.0 or above, Android phones on version 13.0 or above).
