Responsibilities

• Support holistic in-store presentations for division cycle work.
• Implement cyclical presentations and division initiatives based on cycle brief and concepts while maintaining Store Experience's strategy and brand presentation standards.
• Prepare for leader alignment by supporting physical and digital build-outs to ensure that all product and signage are accounted for and set.
• Translate the most common layout to all versions in order to scale successfully.
• Support signage needs inclusive of price sign details and photo production needs, including sample coordination.
• Partner with your presentation CFT to ensure successful delivery of your work.
• Create & maintain strong working relationships with key stakeholders and leaders.

Requirements

• A four-year degree in Visual Merchandising, Marketing, Design or equivalent experience.
• Two to four years of relevant retail, visual merchandising and/or marketing experience.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a collaborative team environment and manage relationships with team and key business partners.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

Qualifications

• Preferred: Adobe Creative Suite, Sketchup, and Smartsheet.

Pay

The pay range is $58,100.00 - $104,600.00 Pay is based on several factors which vary based on position. These include labor markets and in some instances may include education, work experience and certifications.

Schedule

This position will operate as a Hybrid/Flex for Your Day work arrangement based on Target’s needs. A Hybrid/Flex for Your Day work arrangement means the team member’s core role will need to be performed both onsite at the Target HQ MN location the role is assigned to and virtually, depending upon what your role, team and tasks require for that day. Work duties cannot be performed outside of the country of the primary work location, unless otherwise prescribed by Target.
