About the role

KHAITE is a luxury womenswear and accessories brand founded in 2016 by Catherine Holstein. Based in New York, KHAITE evolves with each season, offering pieces that balance contrasting elements with a signature sensuality and ease.

Responsibilities

• Support the Visual Merchandising team with seasonal store updates, window installations, and in-store merchandising initiatives.
• Aid in preparing visual merchandising guidelines, floor plans, product stories, and presentation materials for retail locations.
• Coordinate product pulls, styling requests, and inventory organization to support store launches and visual updates.
• Conduct store visits and provide feedback on visual standards, product presentation, and merchandising opportunities.
• Support the preparation and execution of special events, activations, and retail experiences to ensure a cohesive brand presentation.
• Research luxury retail trends, competitor environments, and visual storytelling techniques to provide insights and inspiration for future merchandising initiatives.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled for a Bachelor’s Degree
• Proficiency in MS Office Applications (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Suite
• Prior internship or work experience in visual merchandising, retail, or merchandising is preferred
• Passion for luxury retail and visual merchandising
• Interpersonal Skills: Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Detail-oriented and highly organized
• Excellent written & verbal communication skills
