Visual Merchandising Designer - Sketchup, 3D Rendering

About the role

Our client in the beauty space is seeking a Visual Merchandising Designer for a 6‑week contract role. This is a hybrid position requiring onsite work in New York City. The ideal candidate is flexible, able to juggle multiple projects, and detail‑oriented. You will have access to client or customer systems and confidential/proprietary information, and the role is fully onsite within a collaborative team environment. This is a newly opened role, first posted on September 30, 2026.

Responsibilities

• Execute visual merch projects and design projects as directed/briefed
• Create and review planograms
• Participate in proofing process
• Create Photoshop renderings
• Pitch in wherever necessary
• 3D renderings, industrial design is a plus

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in visual merchandising and/or graphic design
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite
• Experience with 3D rendering programs such as SketchUp is a plus
• Motivated, organized and detail‑oriented
• Able to work independently and collaboratively
