Responsibilities
- Own the day-to-day execution, maintenance and continuous improvement of the One Door platform, Le Creuset’s visual merchandising platform, ensuring the system is accurate, current, and fully utilized by field and store teams.
- Train store managers, field teams, and wholesale partners on One Door platform usage, best practices, and content navigation.
- Serve as a key point of contact for store and field teams on day-to-day visual merchandising questions and directives.
- Train and coach store teams on brand visual standards and planogram execution.
- Support the Visual Manager with budget tracking, vendor coordination, and timeline management for visual display, prop, and signage projects.
- Coordinate the production and shipping of visual props, fixtures, and collateral to stores and field partners.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Visual Merchandising, Design, Marketing, or related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in visual merchandising, retail operations, or a related field (premium, lifestyle, or specialty retail preferred).
- Experience with visual merchandising platforms or retail task management tools; familiarity with One Door is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail and an appreciation for brand aesthetics.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate visual concepts into clear written directives.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite or similar design tools; experience with planogram software is a plus.
- A collaborative, team-first mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to travel up to 15% nationwide.
