Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed individual sales goals
• Generate clientele through customer engagement
• Create an in-store experience that surprises and delights customers
• Foster a culture of excellent client experience with a customer-first mindset
• Act as a brand ambassador, embodying Reformation's values and sharing sustainability stories
• Maintain high standards of customer experience feedback and service evaluations
• Ensure inventory accuracy and contribute to loss prevention
• Adhere to time and attendance policies
• Maintain a professional, healthy, and productive work environment
• Share product knowledge with enthusiasm and communicate customer feedback
• Ensure the store environment inspires and product is easily accessible
• Reflect Reformation's core values and culture in all efforts

Pay

$17 - $25 per hour
