Responsibilities

• Support the Assistant Visual Manager and Visual Leads in executing all visual initiatives, including floor sets, event preparation, and general maintenance.
• Partner with visual leads to ensure all displays are current according to the latest directive and set to standard; communicate outstanding tasks or needs.
• Manage salesfloor replenishment to support business during busy hours.
• Communicate with the store team about new products, merchandising changes, and visual updates.
• Regularly audit the salesfloor to ensure all displays meet REVOLVE standards.
• Partner with the operations team to ensure all styles are out and product flow is managed as necessary.

Requirements

• Prior experience in a retail setting where visual merchandising or creative duties were performed.
• An eye for detail and passion for contemporary and designer fashion & trends.
• Collaborative, team-oriented, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Comfort engaging with clients at a high level of customer service when necessary.
• Computer and iPhone proficient.
• Ability to bend, lift, open, and move product up to 50 lbs.
• Minimum of 2 years retail experience.
• Works well in a dynamic environment with minimal supervision.
