Visual Merchandiser

About the Role

The Merchandiser supports the Store Leader by executing visual merchandising, seasonal décor, and store presentation to create an inspiring environment that drives sales and enhances guest experience. They lead in product placement, window displays, and store aesthetics, ensuring alignment with brand standards.

Responsibilities

• Foster a guest-focused team environment and deliver exceptional service.
• Provide feedback, recognize performance, and support associate development.
• Manage visual displays, window updates, and product flow based on business needs.
• Analyze store reports to identify merchandising opportunities and execute floor sets.
• Ensure adherence to loss prevention and communicate product performance insights.
• Lead creative initiatives to enhance the guest experience through visual presentation.
• Support team through coaching, delegation, and fostering collaboration.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year merchandising experience; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs. and perform physical tasks including standing, reaching, and climbing ladders.
