• Effective communication, organization and leadership skills
• Prominent ability to motivate and influence others through personal actions and examples
• Able to work independently but also part of a bigger team
• Knowledge of space planning

Responsibilities

Develop and execute visual merchandising plans to enhance the store environment.

Requirements

Must be able to be mobile on the sales floor for extended periods of time.

Qualifications

Must be able to lift & mobilize medium to large items, up to 75 lbs., while utilizing appropriate equipment & safety techniques.

Skills

Flexible schedule including early mornings, evenings, holidays and weekends.
