We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About the role? The posting includes "WHY JOIN ALO?" and "OBJECTIVE" etc. We need to use

for section headings like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We need to map content accordingly. We must not repeat job title as heading. No Job ID. Remove boilerplate: EEO, etc. Also remove "For CA residents, Job Applicant Privacy Policy HERE." That's boilerplate. We need to preserve all substantive info. Let's parse content: WHY JOIN ALO? (mindful movement description) -> could be About the role? Actually it's about company culture. Could be placed under "About the role" or maybe separate? The instruction: use headings for sections like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We should include sections only if posting has real specific content. We have: - Objective: The Visual Lead is responsible for achieving store sales & maximizing profitability through Visual Merchandising in partnership with the Management Team. ... This is responsibilities. - Duties: list of duties: Manage execution of key operational functions including shipment, receiving and processing, reverse transfers, sales floor recovery, intra-day sales floor replenishment, floor set updates, and supply management; Maintains strategic product presentation and merchandising by ensuring product recovery, restock, destock, and making visual merchandising change in accordance with directive and with partnership of the Visual Manager; Effectively plans visual floor changes with the management team through payroll management and adapting the zone and visual support to the needs of the business; Executes and maintains visual direction from planning through executing to meeting company expectations, budgets, timeline; Utilizes reporting tools in partnership with management to identify business opportunities with product placement, outfitting, and stock levels. Makes changes as necessary; Business Leader: Partner with Operations & Visual Managers to manage reporting, budgets, expenses, inventory control, supplies, vendor relationships, technology, and facilities to ensure maintained and maximized; Demonstrate strong business acumen by leveraging metrics to support business-driving strategies; Move dynamically on the retail floor to assess and fulfill the needs of the business, team and guests; People Leader: Leads by example and inspires staff in daily operations, guest experience, and visual standards; Partner with management to provide coaching, guidance and direction to Associates; responsible for recruitment and development of talent; Usage of company performance tools to evaluate associates and provide constant feedback to drive individual growth and improvement in partnership with the store leader; Flow Experience Leader: Collaborate with Operations Lead to ensure cross-functional training, and Sales & Service Lead to ensure the business is well-executed; Execute company-level operations-focused directives, projects and initiates, in partnership with leadership team to achieve goals & KPI’s; Open and close the store in accordance with visual standards. These are responsibilities. - Qualifications: VISUAL LEAD QUALIFICATIONS list: 2+ Years prior work experience in a client-centric, sales environment; Proven leadership capabilities demonstrating excellent decision making; Values feedback, receptive to receiving feedback and eager to provide; Self-motivated with a desire to achieve results and excel individually, and as a team; Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills; Aligns with and embodies ALO’s Guiding Principles; Requires constant movement in an around all areas of store; Ability to lift, push, carry or otherwise move up to 50 pounds; Ability to lift, bend, kneel, climb, crawl and/or twist, and safely climb up/down a ladder; Ability to stand and move for an entire shift. - Schedule: VISUAL LEAD SCHEDULE: To build a balanced schedule that supports the needs of the business and our teams, we expect all full-time employees to be available for opening, closing and weekend shifts, which may be subject to change. All Employees are expected to be able to work from the week of and including “Black Friday” until the end of the holiday season, first week of January. - Benefits: JUST SOME OF THE PERKS list: Generous ALO employee discount and free membership to ALO Wellness Club, with access to hundreds of streaming fitness and yoga classes with top instructors; Competitive medical, dental and vision plan options, and enhanced additional benefits such as free virtual access to mental health providers and new parent support for employees and dependents; 401K with company matching; Monthly Store Incentives; Clothing Allowance; Free yoga classes at any of our Sanctuaries (select cities). - Pay: Not mentioned. So we should NOT include Pay section. - About the role: Could be the WHY JOIN ALO? plus OBJECTIVE? Actually "WHY JOIN ALO?" is company culture/mission. Could be placed under "About the role" or maybe separate "About ALO". But instruction says use headings like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. So we can put the WHY JOIN ALO? under About the role. Also OBJECTIVE could be part of Responsibilities. We need to avoid duplication. Also remove duplicated lines: there is duplicate "Ability to lift, push, carry or otherwise move up to 50 pounds" appears twice? Actually appears once in qualifications list and again later? Let's check: In qualifications we have "Ability to lift, push, carry or otherwise move up to 50 pounds" then later "Ability to lift, bend, kneel, climb, crawl and/or twist, and safely climb up/down a ladder" then "Ability to stand and move for an entire shift". No duplicate. But there is duplicate "Ability to lift, push, carry or otherwise move up to 50 pounds" maybe appears earlier? Not needed. We need to output only HTML fragment, no or . Use

for headings,
  • for lists,

for prose. We need to decide which content goes to which section. Sections: - About the role: include WHY JOIN ALO? paragraph(s). Possibly also OBJECTIVE? But OBJECTIVE is more about role responsibilities. Could be part of Responsibilities. Thus About the role: the WHY JOIN ALO? paragraph. - Responsibilities: include OBJECTIVE paragraph and the bullet list of duties (the long list). Could combine. - Requirements: maybe not needed; we have Qualifications separate. Could treat Requirements as Qualifications? But we have both Requirements and Qualifications headings. The instruction says use those headings if content exists. We have Qualifications content. We could put qualifications under Qualifications. Requirements maybe not present; we could omit. - Skills: maybe not present; we could omit. - Benefits: list of perks. - Schedule: schedule paragraph. - Pay: omit. We must not create sections with filler. Thus output:

We must ensure no boilerplate: we removed EEO line and CA resident privacy policy. Check for any leftover boilerplate: The text includes "As an Equal Opportunity Employer, ALO does not discriminate..." we removed that. Good. Check for duplicate content: The OBJECTIVE paragraph we included partially; we also included the first paragraph about duties requiring constant movement etc. That is from the OBJECTIVE section? Actually the OBJECTIVE paragraph includes: "The Visual Lead is responsible for achieving store sales & maximizing profitability through Visual Merchandising in partnership with the Management Team
