About the role

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to clients via phone and email

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
• At least 3 years of relevant work experience as a technical support specialist
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in common IT tools and software

Qualifications

Skills
