About the role
As an independent contractor, you will be responsible for providing specialized technical support to our clients. This includes troubleshooting complex issues, implementing new solutions, and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Provide technical support to clients via phone and email
- Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues
- Implement new software and hardware solutions
- Maintain strong relationships with clients through effective communication
- Stay current with industry trends and best practices
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- At least 3 years of relevant work experience as a technical support specialist
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in common IT tools and software
Qualifications
- Experience working with multiple client accounts
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Passion for technology and a desire to learn new things
Skills
- Technical proficiency in at least one programming language
- Knowledge of network infrastructure and security protocols
- Experience with customer relationship management systems
