Role Snapshot

A sharp, portfolio-backed product and visual designer is needed to deliver well-justified aesthetic decisions across layout, typography, color, and UI polish. This is a contract engagement with strong potential for extended scope and continued collaboration.

What You'll Be Doing

• Apply expert-level visual judgment to layout composition, typographic systems, color theory, and overall design polish
• Review and critique design work with clear, articulate rationale grounded in product and brand thinking
• Contribute to the refinement and evaluation of design outputs across a range of visual and product contexts
• Collaborate with researchers and project leads to shape and improve creative systems through applied design expertise
• Deliver consistent, high-quality work independently within a fully remote, flexible schedule

Who We're Looking For

• Strong experience in product design and visual design, ideally within a top-tier technology company or design agency
• Deep command of typography, layout, color, and UI/UX polish with the ability to articulate aesthetic decisions clearly and confidently
• A robust professional portfolio demonstrating range, craft, and design thinking across real-world product or brand work
• Fluency in English, written and verbal, at a professional level
• Comfortable operating as an independent contractor with self-directed scheduling and project flexibility
