About the role
As a Visual Coordinator, you will be responsible for overseeing the visual elements of marketing campaigns, ensuring consistency across all platforms. You will work closely with designers, copywriters, and other stakeholders to develop and implement creative strategies that align with brand identity.Responsibilities
- Oversee the design and implementation of visual elements for marketing materials including print, digital, and social media.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on visual branding guidelines and campaign objectives.
- Develop and maintain a library of assets and templates to streamline future projects.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in visual design and marketing.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within a fast-paced environment.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design projects and a deep understanding of color theory, typography, and layout principles.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
- Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Familiarity with design software such as Sketch, Figma, or Zeplin.
- Understanding of web accessibility standards and how they apply to visual design.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
