Job Summary

J.Crew is looking for a Visual Associate to use their attention to detail and eye for design to enhance the store environment and customer experience.

Job Responsibilities

• Create captivating windows and maintain marketing and promotional messaging
• Work with the team to understand and execute product placement
• Facilitate standards training as needed
• Absorb and execute organized and timely floor sets
• Keep backstock organized and ensure product flow
• Respond to customers and assist sales associates
• Comply with merchandise receiving and handling guidelines
• Learn and use systems effectively
• Share feedback and ideas with the management team
• Act in alignment with the company's values

Qualifications

• At least 18 years old
• Available nights, weekends, and holidays
• Can bend, reach, stretch, lift, carry, and move at least 40 pounds
• Can move around all store areas and be accessible to customers
