Visual Associate

Job Summary

J.Crew is looking for a Visual Associate to use their attention to detail and eye for design to enhance the store environment and encourage customer engagement.

Job Responsibilities

• Create captivating windows and maintain marketing and promotional displays
• Work with the team to understand and execute product placement
• Facilitate standards training as needed
• Aid in the execution of organized and timely floor sets
• Keep backstock organized and ensure product flow to the floor
• Respond to customers in the moment and assist with sales associates
• Ensure tasks do not impact customer service
• Comply with merchandise receiving and handling guidelines
• Leverage technology while maintaining a human touch
• Share feedback and ideas with the management team
• Act in alignment with J.Crew's values

• Move around all store areas and be accessible to customers
