- Manage visitor flow and ensure smooth operation of the facility.
- Provide accurate and helpful information to visitors regarding facilities and services.
- Assist with planning and executing special events and tours.
- Handle inquiries and complaints from visitors in a professional manner.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and evenings.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office.
