Total Compensation

• $100,000 salary
• Uncapped monthly bonus range: $7,500 - $10,000
• Signing bonus range: $5,000 - $7,500
• Completion bonus: $5,000 - $7,500 upon completion of length-of-stay commitment

• North Carolina: Charlotte, Concord, Gastonia, Greensboro, Huntersville, Kernersville, Mint Hill, Monroe, Winston-Salem
• South Carolina: Columbia, Fort Mill, Greenville, Rock Hill

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)
• Minimum of 2 or more years experience as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
