Total Compensation

• $90,000 salary
• Uncapped monthly bonus $7,500 - 10,000
• Completion bonus $5,000 - 7,500

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Behavior Analysis
• Minimum of 2 or more years experience as a BCBA
• A passion to help children with autism and their families
• The ability to hold oneself to the highest standards of quality
• The ability to be transparent, accessible, and innovative
• The ability to be accountable for the outcomes of the behavior plans
