Total Compensation

• $90,000 salary
• Uncapped monthly bonus of $7,500 - 10,000 based on length-of-stay commitment
• $5,000 - $7,500 completion bonus upon meeting length-of-stay commitment
• Monthly housing stipend
• Housewarming stipend

• South Carolina: Columbia, Fort Mill, Greenville, Rock Hill

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Behavior Analysis
• Minimum of 2 or more years experience as a BCBA
• A passion to help children with autism and their families
• The ability to hold oneself to the highest standards of quality
• The ability to be transparent, accessible, and innovative
