Vision FP&A Analyst

The Opportunity MetLife is seeking a talented Financial Consultant to join our team and play a critical role in supporting the Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) function for our Vision offering. The ideal candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver actionable insights, drive strategic decision-making, and ensure the financial health of our Vision product line. Key Responsibilities Partner with FP&A and business units to develop, monitor, and analyze budgets, forecasts, financial models, and performance metrics for the Vision offering. Support monthly and quarterly financial reporting, including variance analysis, insights, and recommendations for leadership. Prepare clear, data-driven presentations for senior management highlighting key financial drivers and strategic impacts. Ensure accuracy and integrity of financial data through collaboration with accounting and operations teams. Leverage AI Copilot tools to enhance financial analysis, reporting efficiency, and decision-making within FP&A processes. Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree required. 5+ years of experience in FP&A or financial consultingStrong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial modelingDemonstrated experience utilizing AI copilot tools to drive operational excellence and improve financial outcomes. Preferred Qualifications Degree preferred in Finance, Accounting, or related field. Experience with financial systems a plus.Experience working ideally within insurance or healthcare.
